When de-mineralized water jet at very high pressure (300 to 800 psi ) is released in the air, the water particles split due to air resistance and so the water path is not continuous, offering the sufficient electrical resistivity more than 30000 ohm - cm.

For hot line washing water of conductivity less than 200 micro mhos per CC is used to avoid leakage current where water of conductivity less than 200 micro mhos per CC is not available, the raw water is demineralized by D.M. water plants. Our company is having two nos. of DM water plants of flow rate 2500 LPH.

The high pressure water jet is created by electric motor pump of 40 Hp. Capacity with 4 Nos. of jets operated at maximum rated pressure of 400 psi each.

40 HP pump driven by truck engine is used whenever work is to be executed at site where electric supply is not available.

The system is well equipped with high pressure hose pipes, security valve, pressure guage, suction strainer filter, rigid lance, non return valve and nozzles of various orifice dia. to suit different voltage etc.

The plant is equipped with conductivity meter 0-40, conductivity meter 0-4, conductivity meter 0-2000, pressure indicator & flow meter
