We introduce our self

Contractors for hydraulically compressed
power clamps and connectors, by Maharashtra
State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd.
and Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission
Co. Ltd (Mumbai).
We are in this field since 1992 in EHV constructions
& O & M departments in all zones
and circle's in M.S.E.D.C.L, M.S.E.T.C.L,
previously M.S.E.B. and also in Pvt. Sectors
in all corners of the State.

We have skilled manpower and
manufacturing setup for the same and also we maintain
the huge inventory of clamps & connections
ranging from 0.03 ACSR to 0.5 ACSR conductors
suitable for 11 KV to 400 kV lines and substations.We also manufacture deadend joints and mid-span joints suitable for 0.1 ACSR to 0.5 ACSR conductor.

We execute work of compression type crimping
work on various transmission lines & substations
from 11 kV to 400 kV level in M.S.E.D.C.L & M.S.E.T.C.L & Private Sectors
all over Maharashtra & we are ready to execute the works in other states also all over India.

Other than crimping work we are doing
the work of Hot line & Cold Line washing, maintenance of EHV lines by Hotline method as well as Bare-hand technique,strengthening of deteriorated tower stubs.

We also carryout Thermographic scanning of Electrical system, Puntured insulater detection, Corona detection,Contact Resistance measurement, Tan-delta measurement of EHV equipments, Tower footing resistance measurement etc. which are diagnostic methods for assessing healthiness of the lines & sub-stations which are usefull for preventive & predictive maintenance of Electrical system.

We also execute the work of erection
of gantry structure & EHV equipments, maintenance
like string replacement, earthwire replacement, when
the other circuit is live up to 400 kV level.

We have got sufficient stock of all
types of compression type clamps & connectors. We
are manufactures of compression type clamps & connectors as well as manufactures of compression type crimping machines. We have got more than 100 Nos. of compression type Hydraulic
crimping Machines including imported ones. We provide & fix our RPL compression type clamps & connectors in electrical system. We have got
experienced Engineers & qualified Supervisory staff &
skilled manpower to cater any volume of work & at
any emergency time.

Also we have sufficient erection tools,
tackles and machinery for erection & maintenance
of lines & substations. We have developed some
special tools, tackles, equipments, vehicles at our
disposal to execute the work in proper way as well as
in stipulated time.
